Rinse Car Wash Establishment (unified number: 7038907296) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. The Arabic text is the reference version.

1.Data we collect

  • Account: Mobile number, name and app language.
  • Car and address: Car make, model and plate, and the addresses and location you set for the service.
  • Orders and payments: Orders, invoices, wallet balance, bundles and gifts. We do not store your card details; payment is handled by a licensed payment provider (Moyasar).
  • Service photos: Photos of the car before and after the service, and photos attached to reports, if any.
  • Contacts: When sending a gift we use only the number of the contact you pick; we do not read your whole contact list.
  • Notifications: A device token to send order notifications and offers (offers only if you opt in).

2.How we use your data

  • To provide the service, fulfil orders and issue invoices.
  • To contact you about your orders.
  • To improve the service and handle complaints.
  • To send offers only if you turn on offers; you can turn it off at any time from the account page.

3.Sharing data

  • We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
  • The technician sees your name, number and location only as needed to carry out your order.
  • We share data with the technical providers needed to run the app (hosting, messaging and payments), or under an official legal request.

4.How long we keep data

  • Orders, invoices, payments, wallet, bundles and gifts: For the life of the account and after, for accounting, zakat and tax; after deletion they are kept without your name, number or location.
  • Before / after photos: Deleted 6 months after the service, unless a report on the order is still open.
  • In-app notifications: 90 days.

5.Deleting your account

  • You can delete your account at any time from the account page in the app or the account-deletion page on the website; this removes your personal data and permanently forfeits the remaining wallet balance and washes.

6.Protecting data

  • We use appropriate technical safeguards; data is kept on secured servers and only authorised staff can reach it, as far as their work requires.
