Delete your account
You can delete your Rinse account and the data linked to it at any time.
In the app
- Open the Rinse app and sign in.
- Go to "Account".
- Tap "Delete account", then "Delete my account for good".
Without the app
If you cannot use the app, message customer service on WhatsApp from the phone number registered on your account and ask to delete it. We delete it once the number is verified.

- Your name, phone number, cars and addresses are deleted for good.
- Any wallet balance and washes left are lost and cannot be recovered.
- Amounts of past orders and invoices are kept without anything that identifies you, for accounting and tax purposes.
- An account cannot be deleted while it has an active order or a refund awaiting approval.
